Hi, I’m Phil, a South London-based social entrepreneur and the founder of upCYCLE LDN CIC. Over the past five years, I’ve built community-led programmes from the ground up, securing over £350,000 in grant funding and building long-term partnerships with funders like The National Lottery, Children in Need, London Marathon Foundation and Sport England, as well as local councils.
I draw on 10 years of experience in marketing, which I’ve used to grow upCYCLE’s profile and reach. This has helped us win contracts with Lambeth Council to deliver programmes in schools and secure the space we are now converting into our community hub in Brixton after a highly competitive application process.
I now offer consultancy support to other CICs, charities, and purpose-driven projects looking to sharpen their vision, secure funding, and build sustainable systems for growth.
